On November 29, a plane crashed near Colombia that was carrying a Brazilian football team. They were on their way to Colombia for a game when the plane lost contact with the ground. Suddenly, everything changed. The plane crashed, killing 76 people. The plane had 6 survivors, two of which were players (a goalkeeper and defender), and the rest were all reporters.

The plane crashed due to an electrical fault within the plane. Whether or not this is yet proven, they are working to make sure this never happens again. There are anywhere from 100 to 200 plane crashes a year. Each time, they find out another problem with planes. Sometimes its just faulty wiring, but it could also be the engine. Investigators are working to make planes as safe as possible.
