Everyone is getting sick around this time. The flu is going around and it’s getting pretty bad. Students have been missing school and adults have been missing work. It seems like everyone has a cold or the flu or something. Whatever it is, I hope it goes away soon because I also have been feeling bad.

Here are some suggestions how not to get sick (especially in the winter). Be cautious. If your friend is sick, don’t go over to their house because chances are you’ll get sick too. Wash your hands as much as you can or carry Germ-X around with you wherever you go. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, this way you won’t get anyone else sick. Also get a full night’s rest and eat healthy because when you’re body is tired or weak, it usually tends to get sick easily. Follow these suggestions, and hopefully you won’t get sick this flu season!
